George Williams

Hometown: Wellington, Fla. Sport/Disciplines: Dressage

George Williams has dedicated his life to the sport of dressage, having competed both nationally and internationally at the highest levels. He began his riding career in Europe and trained with the Tempel Lipizzans for almost 20 years. He then proceeded to represent the U.S. Dressage Team in international competition in the early 2000s with appearances at FEI World Cup Finals and Aachen. 

With Rocher, Williams finished fifth in the 2003 FEI Dressage World Cup in Sweden and also was a membe rof the bronze medal team at the 2005 CHIO Aachen. He currently serves as the US Equestrian Dressage Youth Coach, as well as the High Performance & Pathway Development Advisor. Williams is also currently serving his fourth term as President of the United States Dressage Federation.
