Michelle McQueen is the new Discipine Director and Team Leader for the U.S. Vaulting Team. McQueen grew up in Long Valley, N.J. and rode competitive as a child and teenager, ultimately becoming captain of her IHSA team at Drew University in Madison, N.J. McQueen joined US Equestrian in 2021, helping with logistics preparation and operations for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic & Paralympic Games. She traveled to Aachen, Germany, prior to the start of the Games to assist with management and logisitcs around the Pre-Export Quarantine process for the four Olympic & Paralympic teams.
