Paula Hampshire is a vaulter who competes in the individual and squad divisions. In 2019, she won the Rocky Mountain Cup CVI1* Individual Female division. In 2021, she made her debut at the CVI3* level and went on to place second at Oak Hills Classic in the 3* Individual Female.

In 2022, Hampshire won the Oak Hills Classic 3* Individual Female, then joined the Oak Hills squad to win at the Pacific Cup CVI3*. She traveled to the CVI3* at Flyinge, Sweden, as part of the squad in the summer of 2022 where they finished in second place.
