Salvino began his partnership with Adrienne Lyle in 2016. The following year, the pair was the USEF Grand Prix Dressage Reserve National Champions at the U.S. Dressage Festival of Champions and helped the U.S. team earn silver in the FEI Dressage Nations Cup™ Germany at CHIO Aachen.

In 2018, Lyle and Salvino proved themselves as reliable teammates, helping the U.S. team earn gold at the FEI Dressage Nations Cup USA, bronze in the FEI Dressage Nations Cup The Netherlands, and silver in the FEI Dressage Nations Cup Germany. They closed out the year by collecting the team silver medal at the FEI World Equestrian Games™ Tryon.

Lyle and Salvino had a solid year in 2019, placing seventh at the FEI Dressage World Cup Final in Göteborg, Sweden. The duo assisted the U.S. team in taking home bronze in the FEI Dressage Nations Cup Germany at CHIO Aachen.

In 2021, Lyle and Salvino won the CDI4* FEI Grand Prix and Grand Prix Special during week 12 of the Adequan® Global Dressage Festival. They scored personal best scores of 82.413% in the FEI Grand Prix and 81.830% in the FEI Grand Prix Special at the U.S. Dressage Mandatory Observation Event ahead of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. They were named to the team for Tokyo, where they helped bring home the team silver medal to the U.S.

In 2022, Salvino and Lyle earned first-place finishes in the FEI Grand Prix and FEI Grand Prix Special at AGDF 11. They traveled to CHIO Aachen that summer, where they finished in second place in the CDI4* FEI Grand Prix.
