Debbie McDonald is the Technical Advisor and Chef d'Equipe for the U.S. Dressage Team. In 2018, the US Equestrian Federation announced that she would succeed Robert Dover in this role following the FEI World Equestrian Games™ (WEG) Tryon 2018.

Jennifer Baumert represented the U.S. Dressage Team for the first time at the 2019 FEI Dressage Nations Cup USA in Wellington, Fla. where she aided the team to their gold medal finish. Baumert's list of accolades include being named to the long list for the U.S. Dressage Team for the 2012 London Olympic Games, as well as being awarded multiple gold, silver, and bronze medals from the United States Dressage Federation (USDF). Additionally, she was named the 2018 USEF Intermediaire I Reserve National Champion at the USEF Dressage Festival of Champions.

Sarah Tubman is team silver and individual gold medalist from the Lima 2019 Pan American Games--all in her senior team debut with First Apple. She has earned numerous wins over the years, and represented The Dutta Corp. U.S. Dressage Team for the FEI Dressage Nations Cup CDIO5* at the 2023 CHIO Aachen World Equestrian Festival.
