USEF Dispensation Certificate Program

Dispensation certificates are used only for permanent, measurable disabilities, not those that are temporary. The aids are to be compensatory in nature, not providing any advantage to any exhibitor. The dispensation certificate shall list all aids and equipment permitted for use by the particular athlete applying. Four copies of the dispensation certificate are required to be sent with the entry form to the event organizer or competition secretary.
