US Equestrian Names U.S. Vaulting Team for FEI World Equestrian Games™ Tryon 2018

Lexington, Ky. - US Equestrian has named the following combinations to the FEI World Equestrian Games™ (WEG) Tryon 2018 U.S. Vaulting Team. The U.S. will be represented in the Individual Female, Individual Male, Pas de Deux, and Squad Championships.

The following horse-and-athlete combinations have been named to the WEG U.S. Vaulting Team to compete in the Individual Female Championship (in alphabetical order):

Tessa Divita (Portola Valley, Calif.) and Pino del Rio, Julie and Edward Divita’s 14-year-old Westphalian gelding
Mary McCormick (Cañon City, Colo.) and Paris, her 14-year-old Percheron mare
Elizabeth Osborn (Menlo Park, Calif.) and Atterupgaards Sting, James and Linda Bibbler’s 16-year-old Oldenburg gelding

The following athlete has been named as the reserve to the WEG U.S. Vaulting Team for the Individual Female Championship:

Emily Rose (Santa Cruz, Calif.)

The following horse-and-athlete combinations have been named to the WEG U.S. Vaulting Team to compete in the Individual Male Championship (in alphabetical order):

Daniel Janes (Moss Beach, Calif.) and Duke Wilhem, Sydney Frankel’s 13-year-old Oldenburg gelding
Colton Palmer (Half Moon Bay, Calif.) and Zygo, Jill and Kimberly Palmer’s 14-year-old KWPN gelding
Kristian Roberts (Moss Beach, Calif.) and Sir Charles, Sydney Frankel’s 14-year-old Hanoverian gelding

The following athlete has been named as the reserve to the WEG U.S. Vaulting Team for the Individual Male Championship:

Geoffrey Woolson (Tujunga, Calif.)

The following horse-and-athlete combinations have been named to the WEG U.S. Vaulting Team to compete in the Pas de Deux Championship (in alphabetical order):

Daniel Janes and Haley Smith (Parker, Colo.) with Palatine, Sydney Frankel’s 20-year-old Westphalian gelding
Kathryn Keville (Cotati, Calif.) and Florence Rubinger (Santa Rosa, Calif.) with Revlon, Kathryn and Sean Keville’s 20-year-old Warmblood gelding

The following athletes have been named to the WEG U.S. Vaulting Team to compete in the Squad Championship (in alphabetical order):

Pacific Coast Vaulters with Diva 506, the Pacific Coast Vaulting Club’s 15-year-old Oldenburg mare
