Van Deusen has won the Maggy Price Endurance Excellence Award every year since 2017. This award is presented annually to the top U.S. senior endurance rider. With her 2004 Arabian gelding, Hoover the Mover, Van Deusen was part of the U.S. team for the FEI World Equestrian Games Tryon 2018. In 2023, she was again named to the U.S. team for the FEI Endurance World Championship in the United Arab Emirates with her own 2012 Arabian gelding, JG General, and the FEI Pan American Championship in Chile with Maxi Wimmer’s 2012 mare, C.L. Misteriosa.
