Graves & Verdades Move into 1st Place in GP Special

Laura Graves and Verdades are the best so far in the Grand Prix Special at WEG. Their score of 77.157% makes them the best Americans of the day and has them, for the moment at least, in the lead!

Wizard & Adrienne Lyle Score 69.202 In Grand Prix Special

After a good start on Monday, Wizard was a little less cooperative this morning and that led to a dissapointing 69.202% score for Adrienne Lyle. Adrienne was still in high spirits though, posting on facebook (and tweeting) that "Wizzy" has got some personality, and that she loves him for it.

Para-Equestrian Dressage Athletes Close Out Team Tests

The United States closed out the Team Tests, the first portion of the Para-Dressage Team Championship, at the 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games on Tuesday standing in 15th place at the half-way mark. Susan Treabess, Rebecca Hart, and Roxanne Trunnell headed down centerline at the La Prairie Racecourse for the U.S. in Grade IV, II, and 1a competition, respectively. The United States closed out the Dressage Team Championship at the 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games on Friday with exemplary performances by a World Championship rookie and a decorated team veteran in the d'Ornano Stadium. Laura Graves and Steffen Peters produced impressive tests before the Ground Jury of Stephen Clarke, Elizabeth McMullen, Isabelle Judet, Susan Hoevenaars, Francis Verbeek, Dietrich Plewa, and Liselotte Fore to lead the U.S. to a fourth-place finish on a score of 222....

Steffen Peters Anchors U.S. Dressage Team

Steffen Peters & Legolas 92 anchored the U.S. Dressage team solidly with the best of the U.S. Grand Prix rides. They earned a 75.843% which has the team is clinging to Bronze Medal position...and waiting.

Laura Graves & Verdades Impress in Grand Prix

With a score of 74.871, Laura Graves & Verdades have the 4th best Grand Prix score of the competition, and have moved the U.S. Team up a place into 4th position as well. Steffen Peters & Legolas 92 ride later to wrap up the Team Competition for the U.S.

Lyle Completes Dressage Day 1 for U.S. with 72.00%

Adrienne Lyle & Wizard were the second U.S. combination to perform the Grand Prix test Monday. Their score of 72.000% was 6th best score of the day when they finished. Earlier Tina Konyot & Calecto V started things off for the U.S. team with a 69.643.

The U.S. Dressage Team got World Championship competition at the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games underway as all four horses were deemed fit and sound to compete at the Horse Inspection Sunday morning.
