Christine Traurig is the current Chef d'Equipe of the U.S. Dressage Team, as well as Technical Advisor and Development Coach for the program. Christine has been a part of the U.S. Dressage Pathway programs for more than a decade. Aside from coaching, Christine had a successful career as an athlete, representing the U.S. at the 2000 Olympic Games aboard Etienne, where they helped the team earn bronze.

Kevin Kohmann

Kevin Kohmann grew up around horses in Germany and demonstrated talent at young age. Kohmann was recruited to the U.S. as a top young professional to work under several trainers. He developed difficult horses into willing mounts, his own skills to the Grand Prix Level, and his teaching skills, bringing along a successful string of students.

Erin Nichols

Currently ranked 60th on the FEI Dressage World Youth Ranking - U25 list, Erin Nichols has established herself as a rising talent in international dressage. She is a decorated competitor with NAYC Gold and Silver on Handsome Rob AR. A 2022 U.S. Dressage Young Rider European Tour member, she competed in France and Germany, later winning U25 Nations Cup Silver (2023) and CHIO Aachen Bronze. She made her Senior Nations Cup debut in 2024, earning Individual Bronze in the Grand Prix Special.

Jennifer Williams

Hometown: Olympia, Wash. Birthday: 5/25/1980 Sport/Disciplines: Dressage

Jennifer Schrader-Williams was the 2020 USEF Grand Prix Dressage National Champion with the Danish Warmblood gelding, Millione. The pair has earned numerous grand prix wins on the West Coast since 2018. In 2021, Schrader-Williams and Millione made their senior team debut at the 2021 FEI Dressage Nations Cup CDIO3* USA, helping The Dutta Corp. U.S. Dressage Team collect silver. Schrader-Williams now splits her time between her home base in Washington state in the summer and Wellington, Fla., in the winter.
