The athletes have been announced for the U.S. Vaulting Team in Individual, Pas de Deux, and Squad competition at the Mustang Corp. FEI World Vaulting Championship in Herning, Denmark, August 6-10, 2022. The team will be led by Chef d’Equipe Jennifer Arntsen and Team Leader Michelle McQueen.

Michelle McQueen is the new Discipine Director and Team Leader for the U.S. Vaulting Team. McQueen grew up in Long Valley, N.J. and rode competitive as a child and teenager, ultimately becoming captain of her IHSA team at Drew University in Madison, N.J. McQueen joined US Equestrian in 2021, helping with logistics preparation and operations for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic & Paralympic Games. She traveled to Aachen, Germany, prior to the start of the Games to assist with management and logisitcs around the Pre-Export Quarantine process for the four Olympic & Paralympic teams.
Jace Brooks has been competing in vaulting at the international level since 2015 when he won the Individual Children Male CVICh1* at the Pacific Cup CVI in Hollister, Calif. He won the Bronze Individual at the USEF/AVA National Vaulting Championship in 2015 and returned the following year to win the Silver Individual. In 2017, he competed at the FEI Vaulting World Championship for Juniors in Ebreichsdorf, Austria and again in 2019 when it was held in Ermelo, The Netherlands. In 2021, he competed in his first FEI Vaulting World Championship for Seniors in Budapest, Hungary.
Calle Davis has competed successfully in vaulting as an individual and as part of pas de deux and squads. With Abigail Archibald, she won pas de deux at the Pacific Cup CVIJ2* and Canada Cup CVIJ2* in 2019. In 2021, she and Todd Griffiths placed third in the pas de deux at the CVI3& in Flyinge, Sweden, where Davis was also part of the squad that won second place.
Tessa Divita has represented the U.S. Vaulting Team as part of the squad for the 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in Normandy, France, and in 2014 at the FEI Vaulting Nations Cup™ CVIO3* at CHIO Aachen. Competing as an individual, she was part of the Nations Cup Team in the CVIO4* at CHIO Aachen in 2018. In 2022, she won the Individual Female CVI3* at Flyinge, Sweden.
Todd Griffiths represented the U.S. Vaulting Team in the individual male division at the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games. He represented Canada at the 2014 WEG in Normandy, France, as part of a squad and pas de deux, and again in 2018 in Tryon, N.C., as an individual. Since 2021, he has returned to competing for the U.S. in pas de deux with Calle Davis and as part of the Oak Hills Vaulting squad, which also includes his daughters, Miriam and Gracie. In 2022, he was part of the second-place squad and third-place pas de deux at the CVI3* in Flyinge, Sweden.
Miriam Davis is a vaulter with Oak Hills Vaulting. As part of the Oak Hills squad, she won the 2022 Pacific Cup CVI3* and placed second at the CVI3* in Flyinge, Sweden, in July of that year. She vaults with her father, Todd, and her sister, Gracie.
Paula Hampshire is a vaulter who competes in the individual and squad divisions. In 2019, she won the Rocky Mountain Cup CVI1* Individual Female division. In 2021, she made her debut at the CVI3* level and went on to place second at Oak Hills Classic in the 3* Individual Female. In 2022, Hampshire won the Oak Hills Classic 3* Individual Female, then joined the Oak Hills squad to win at the Pacific Cup CVI3*. She traveled to the CVI3* at Flyinge, Sweden, as part of the squad in the summer of 2022 where they finished in second place.
Daniel Janes is an athlete and coach for the Pacific Coast Vaulters. He represented the U.S. Vaulting Team for the FEI World Equestrian Games Tryon 2018, where he competed as an individual, in a pas de deux with Haley Smith, and as part of the squad. With his pas de deux partner, Haley Smith, he won a silver medal at the 2019 FEI Vaulting World Cup Final in Saumur, France, and bronze at the 2021 FEI Vaulting World Championship in Budapest Hungary. He was also part of the bronze medal-winning squad at that year’s world championship.
Jaynee Meyer competes in the individual and pas de deux divisions of vaulting. In 2019, she won the Bronze Individual Female division at Woodside Vaulters Spring Fest and placed third in the Bronze Individual division at the USEF/AVA National Vaulting Championships. In 2021, she was the winner of the Women’s 2* Young Vaulter/Gold Individual Overall at Oak Hills Classic.
Kimberly Palmer was a member of the U.S. Vaulting Team for the 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in Normandy, France, in a pas de deux with her sister, Cassidy. As an individual vaulter, Palmer has won numerous competitions at the CVI3* level, including in 2021 at CVI Portogruaro in Italy, and in 2022 at the Canada Cup, the Pacific Cup, the Stadl Paura (AUT) CVI, and CVI Slovakia. She won the bronze medal for the Individual Female division at the 2022 FEI Vaulting World Cup™ Final in Leipzig, Germay.
Emily Rose has been a competitive vaulter since 2010 and has competed at the international levels as both an individual and as part of a squad. With the Pacific Coast Vaulters, she represented the U.S. at the FEI World Equestrian Games Tryon 2018. Also in 2018, she competed as part of the squad and as an individual at the FEI Vaulting Nations Cup™ CVIO4* at CHIO Aachen. In 2021, she was part of the squad that won bronze at the FEI Vaulting World Championship in Budapest, Hungary. In 2022, she won the Female 3* Individual at Woodside Vaulters Spring Fest.
Alyssa Stoddard is a member of Oak Hills Vaulting. With Shaina Hammond, she won the CVIJ2* pas de deux at Canada Cup in 2016. In 2017, she was part of the squad that won the Pacific Cup CVIJ2*. With Oak Hills Vaulting, she was part of the winning squad at the 2022 Pacific Cup CVI3* and the second-place CVI3* squad at CVI Sweden.
